Here I am, in the midst of a huge life change (relocation and career change) at age 57. I literally moved out of state, spent 4 nights in new home, then started a 6 week job training that involves travel. I definitely succumbed to massive negative self-talk yesterday. But today, I got my ass back on my travel yoga mat in my hotel room, and gave myself a high five for getting to this point. Thank you Bryan, for your timely blogs that always speak to me. Namaste ??

Good essay and I agree to a point. However, the suffering from a nearly two years ago breakup really has set me back in a big way. A failure I may not fully recover to my former ‘happy’ person.

So important as a parent….this was a great reminder to myself to really celebrate and encourage my childrens’ best efforts and train them to see their EFFORT as the real accomplishment. And even celebrating when they pace that effort based on what is good for them and not just effort done out of vanity.
