Just getting back to a daily consistent yoga practice after a knee surgery. I had been thinking if I can’t. do yoga the way I want to do yoga then I’m not going to do yoga until, then. Unguided, I know, but I’ve never really followed one teacher or even style. I am enjoying your blogs very much. You make perfect sense and remind me why I started doing yoga and loved yoga so much as a very fucked up teenager. Yogi’s can always come home.
