Holy cow! Astrid is the yoga teacher of my dreams. Putting the breath first, emphasis on spirituality, lots of sanskrit and corporate America and pop culture bon mots thrown in for contemplation -- yet, still physically challenging AF. Thank you, Astrid.

Today was a day I was struggling to come to the mat. I’ve never taken a class with Astrid before but this was exactly what I needed. It’s a slower slow with lots of reminders to come back to the breath which I apparently needed today. It was exactly what I needed and I’m very thankful it caught my attention. Thank you!
