May not be one of my top favorites but I still enjoyed this practice and added it to my favorites. Warmup #1 and strong one-leg balance in the beginning. The supported side arm balance series complete a great warmup, followed by a strong warrior series (pain!) with no vinyasas in between. Bryan substitutes wide-leg forward folds combined with different upper body and spine stretches for the vinyasas. Meditation starts at the 1hr 30min mark.
